My intent being a private teacher is certainly to form in my students a thorough recognition as well as confidence at exams and being capable to handle unexplored situations. Student’s needs and learning style meaning

My approach differs depending on the student's learning style and needs. Though, my teaching philosophy is based on inspiring scholars to think for themselves, using existing situations as long as possible. |My opinion is that it is essential to provide learners with a working skills and to give them analytical abilities for development upon this knowledge. Directing a person to think analytically is at the base of the things a learner should take away off any subject program.

The role of mentoring

The most long-lasting contributions a teacher can bring in is coaching students, and it is a procedure, which I consider to be fun and beneficial. From my practice, I discovered the effect of engaging scholars with the help of patterns and of delivering material at a degree which implies intellect and yet not specifically knowledge, mixing the known with the unknown in a mix which provides the learner the sensation of possibility instead of that one of impossibility that authoritative and impressive approaches may impose.

How I teach

I begin with topics the learners are familiar with and step gradually towards more challenging areas as long as their self-confidence is being grown. I tend not to lecture to children or tell them to memorise things.

I constantly prioritise exam-style or recent paper questions in order to check, exercise and refine the learner's recognising and technique. I even give a lot of accent to many of the not so vital but obvious skills like essay structure and technique, logical thought, and the good use of numbers and graphs.
